Most of our customers are businesses but if you do not have a business and wish to place an order above our minimum order value of £600.00 we would be more than happy to process this for you.
Accounts are opened within 2 working days following receipt of a completed credit application form, once you have received confirmation from our accounts team that your account has been opened we can either set you up so you are able to view and order our products online or alternatively we would be more than happy to arrange for one of our sales team to make an appointment to go through your requirements.
Once your account has been approved please contact a member of our sales team who will send you a link to our online ordering system or you can select the order now tab above and use your account exclusive log in details. Our online ordering system is for account holders only, if you do not currently hold an account please complete and return a credit application form.
We can deliver within 3 working days from receipt of your order, should you require a next day delivery we would be more than happy to accommodate this but it will incur a small charge.
Our deliveries are an open slot between 9:00 and 4:30, we can accommodate a timed booking if this is required for a small charge to be agreed when we call you to arrange your delivery.
Our minimum order value is £600.00.
You need to order in full carton quantities but we have kept the number of pieces in a carton down to the absolute minimum dependant on the product to assist our smaller customers especially who may be limited on storage space.
We pride ourselves in offering our customers our very best competitive prices so do not offer discounts on our prices shown. Occasionally there may be an instance where a price on our web site can be reduced slightly if a large quantity of stock has been ordered, this should be agreed with your local sales representative or a member of our sales team.

Our customers are based throughout the UK and Europe, please call a member of our sales team who will be happy to search our database for a stockist of the product you are looking for in your local area.
We offer credit terms of strictly 30 days. If credit references are unavailable or if you would prefer to pay prior to your delivery we would be happy to offer a proforma account to you. Please be aware we do not have a facility for customers to pay cash on delivery.
Payment for your order can be paid via bank transfer, cheque or we do have the facility to accept credit card payments over the telephone (All credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% charge)
Providing the stock available meets with our minimum delivery value all our prices are inclusive of delivery. Should your order fall below our minimum we will still be more than happy to deliver at a small charge to be agreed.
We only have an electronic catalogue, please contact our sales team for your unique customer log in details, alternatively your local sales representative would be more than happy to visit you and go through our ranges with you.
We do run special offers please register for your trade account then we can add you to our mailing list, we will then email you any special offers, company news and details of any new products we are launching.

We have our own offices based in Hong Kong, Ningbo and India which means we are always at the forefront of our industry offering new and exciting products to our valued customers. If you have a product you would like to source our offices will search extensively to find your product at the best price and quality available.
Due to having our own offices we are able to supply stock in Rapide’s own or artwork bespoke to our customers. This can be done in FCL on an FOB basis or Rapide are always happy to import the product for you for delivery from our UK based warehouse.
We can to arrange delivery anywhere in the world. Our standardpricing includes delivery as far as a UK port but we would be more than happy to offer a door to door service for a small charge, please contact our designated export sales team for details.
