OPENING AN ACCOUNT

New accounts are opened on a pro-forma basis, to be accepted please provide the following information: your company information (VAT no., company registration number, charity number – if applicable), your full address and contact details with an active email address, contact information regarding company ownership and the names and business addresses you want to have the account set up with.

A new account form will be emailed to you, if this quick and easy to fill-out form can then be completed with all our terms and conditions understood, agreed to and signed. Once returned and the necessary checks completed, we’ll aim to have your account open within 5 working days.

Yes, upon opening your account, you will be given a territory sales manager for your region of the UK and Ireland. Having introduced themselves they will be more than happy to arrange an appointment to visit you in person as soon as possible.

For credit accounts your business must be a limited company with 2 years trading filed with Companies House.

Yes, any out-of-stock products will be added to a back order on your account. Our sales team or your territory sales manager will be in touch once these products are back in stock. Yes, our current minimum order values are as follows:

  • EX-Works – TBC £500.00
  • Delivered to the UK Mainland – £850.00 + VAT
  • Delivered to Northern Ireland – £1,500 DAP
  • Delivered to the Republic of Ireland – £2,500 DDP / £1,500 DAP

Being a bulk distribution company our products can only be ordered in full, complete cartons. All the carton quantities can be seen next to their product descriptions here. For example, a carton quantity of 24/1 indicates there is 24 units in 1 complete carton.

Although we will always aim to offer the most competitive prices possible, we do occasionally run special offers on products. Your territory sales manager will keep you up to date so keep an eye out on your inbox! As well as this we do occasionally offer prices lower than those published online. These are usually based on large quantities of single products being ordered and are at the discretion of the company and/or territory sales manager.

  • Cheque made payable to Woolbro (Distribution) Ltd.

Please note that we do not have a facility for customers to pay cash on delivery.

Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days of your account being cleared. Please note that orders to be delivered to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are subject to longer transit periods so may take longer to arrive at their destination. Yes, all orders will be delivered palletised. When booking in a delivery our sales team will ask if a tail lift is required as well as if there are any other unique circumstances associated with delivering to your location (parking restrictions, pedestrianised zones etc.) that we need to be made aware of.

Returns / Missing Products

We only accept returns on products that have been recalled. If this occurs either your territory sales manager or a member of our head office team will be in touch. If you are an end-user customer, the product needs to be returned to the retailer where it was bought from.  

If a product shortage is found upon delivery, please contact your territory sales manager or our sales team on +44 (0)1274 725396 or sales@rapideproducts.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of the goods so we can investigate what has happened. Generally, a credit note is then raised which can be applied to your next invoice.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate single unit sales, direct replacements or direct refunds. We advise contacting the retailer you bought the product from as they should be able to help you in line with their own terms of service.

The vast majority of our aerosol products are fitted with a safety device that prevents the nozzle depressing and releasing spray. If this is the case, carefully remove the nozzle then using a slotted screwdriver, prise off the disc and replace the nozzle. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact us here or our head office on +44 (0)1274 725396 or the retailer you originally bought the product from.

Yes, for any carriage paid orders for delivery beyond the UK and Ireland, we will send your order to your allocated freight forwarder who will then arrange transport to its final destination.
